Each consultation includes a 1-hour in-home walkthrough in which we evaluate the property and provide professional recommendations to improve its presentation, flow, and overall appeal. Clients also receive a detailed written staging plan within 24 hours.
What is the difference between Plan 1 and Plan 2?
Plan 1 is ideal for sellers who prefer to complete the staging recommendations themselves after receiving professional guidance and a written plan.
Plan 2 offers a more collaborative approach for clients who may want additional support and staging assistance throughout the process.
How long does a consultation take?
Consultations typically last about one hour, depending on the size of the home and the scope of recommendations needed.
When will I receive my staging plan?
We will deliver your customized written staging plan within 24 hours after the consultation.
